Jasmine is a wife and mother of two, who works as a corporate attorney at an Am Law 100 law firm. Her practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions, venture capital, and nonprofit organizations. Jasmine received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, with high distinction, from the University of Minnesota, which included master’s level courses in both individual and organizational psychology, as well as a capstone project on transformational leadership. She received her Juris Doctor from Georgetown Law, where she participated in Georgetown’s Critical Legal Studies-based Curriculum B (which takes a more historical, sociological, and psychological approach to legal education), drafted research papers on socially responsible corporate governance and transformational leadership in legal settings, and provided research assistance for Professor Sheryll Cashin on her landmark book, White Space, Black ‘Hood: Opportunity Hoarding and Segregation in the Age of Inequality.
