I am an associate corporate attorney at an AmLaw 100 law firm. I graduated from Georgetown Law in 2020, and received a bachelor of science in psychology from the U of M (you’ll have to guess what the “M” stands for) in 2016.

As an undergraduate, in order to form a cohesive understanding of the world and myself, I took a wide variety of courses including calculus, chemistry, organic chemistry, systems biology, genetics, biology, zoology, neuroanatomy, individual psychology, organizational psychology, sociology, and various world history and philosophy courses.

I always wished that someone would synthesize each of these fields into one consolidated text giving a brief, cohesive, and comprehensive understanding of the universe and of humanity.

I’m hoping that this book does just that.

In order to find the time to write this book (while working 60-70 hours per week as a corporate attorney and caring for two young children), I relied on generative AI. I asked ChatGPT 3.5 to draft a cohesive narrative of how the present states of human relations on planet Earth came to evolve from the Big Bang, telling the story within the context of fields such as physics, chemistry, biology, neuroscience, psychology, sociology, history, etc. After some additional revised prompts, continued expanding, and some general editing by me, the following book was drafted.

According to ChatGPT, this book will likely appeal to intellectually curious and eco-conscious non-fiction readers, as well as life-long learners, self-improvement seekers, busy professionals, and anyone who enjoys science and history.
